It deserves its 3 stars. We had 9 nights in Cannes, it was a relaxing experience. The breakfast's price is 13 EUR per person. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the economy twin room, as well as heating, a work desk and a coffee maker etc.

Location really close to many tourist attractions, including le suquet that is set 15 mins on foot. One could dine at restaurants such as Bistro Les Canailles 15 minutes away. We greatly enjoyed staying at abrial.
